Event Booking Policies
BOOKING & RETAINER
A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
Your event is not officially reserved until:
✔ Signed agreement is received
✔ Retainer payment has been submitted
The retainer will be applied toward your final package balance.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The remaining balance may be paid through flexible installment payments and must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to your event date.
Events booked within 14 days require payment in full at booking.
RESCHEDULING
One complimentary reschedule is permitted when requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
New event dates must:
Occur within 6 months
Be subject to photographer availability
Additional reschedules may incur a $50 administrative fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
More Than 30 Days Before Event
Retainer is forfeited
No additional balance due
15–30 Days Before Event
Retainer is forfeited
Additional payments may be transferred to a future event within 6 months
14 Days or Less Before Event
All payments made are non-refundable
PHOTOGRAPHER GUARANTEE
In the unlikely event Beautiful Creations Photography is unable to provide services due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond control, all monies paid will be refunded or transferred to a mutually agreed upon date.
